The People Analytics Conclave concludes

The People Analytics Conclave organised by National HRD Network, a non-profit organisation concluded with a session on Way forward for People Analytics: Closing Thought by HR Leaders at SAIL MTI Ranchi. The organising partners of the Conclave were IIM Ranchi, XISS and SAIL, with support of Coal India Limited as Platinum Partners. The guest speakers of the session were leading HR professionals in the country namely Yogi Sriram, Senior Vice President – Corporate HR; Member of the Executive Committee, Larsen and Toubro Limited and Suresh Tripathi, VP HR, TATA Steel. Basant K Thakur, Director (HR) NALCO moderated the session. The valediction and vote of thanks for the conclave was proposed by NHRD Network Ranchi Patron and Director IIM Ranchi, Prof Shailendra Singh.
