Airtel moves NCLT over demerger of Telesonic Network

NEW DELHI: Bharti Airtel along with its wholly owned subsidiary Telesonic Network has approached the NCLT over their scheme of demerger, under which latter will have an independent fibre cable business. Both the companies had moved their first motion application before the tribunal and have sought permission to convene meeting of their stakeholders, including shareholders and creditors for this.
