Central Bank seeks bids for DS Kulkarni Developers' assets

MUMBAI: Central Bank of India has invited bids for DS Kulkarni Developers’ assets in Shivaji Nagar, Pune, to recover dues, the bank said. The bank has fixed a reserve price of Rs 59.76 crore for the assets. The last date of submission of bids is March 28, while auction will be held on March 31. In February, DS Kulkarni Developers promoter DS Kulkarni was arrested by Pune police for allegedly cheating over 2,500 investors to the tune of Rs 230 crore.
