Fire Service Day 2018 celebrated at NTPC Kawas

NTPC-Kawas CISF Fire Wing has observed Fire Service Day at Fire Station. The programme started by laying wreath to the martyrs by the chief guest C V Subramanian, GM KGPP Kawas, Dy. Commandant, AGM (MM & Safety), AGM (Opr), AGM (TS), AGM (HR) AGM (C&M). Manager (Safety), Asstt. Comdt/Fire, CISF personnel and other senior officials of NTPC Management were present on the occasion. Two-minute silence was observed for peace of a soul of brave fire fighters who have sacrifices their lives during firefighting. During the address, Subramanian emphasised the importance of fire service day and weeklong programme to be observed during Fire Service Week.
