KIIT to achieve 100 per cent placement

-

With 110 plus top-notch companies doling out over 2,200 job offers for a batch size of 2,800 eligible B.Tech students of 2018 graduating batch, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), Deemed University looks well poised to achieve cent percent campus placement for yet another year. In absolute sense, till date 80 per cent students have already been placed, over 350 of them bagging multiple offers. The number of placed students is set to rise as some of the companies that participated in the campus recruitment process are yet to declare results.

‘Day Zero’ Dream campus drives alone resulted in placement of about 500 students by multinational companies like World Quant, Amazon, Dell, Microsoft, Deloitte, VMware, SAP Labs, TEK Systems, HighRadius, Endurance International Group, McKinsey & Company, Mu-Sigma, Directi, Amazon CSA, Factset, Optum, Cybage, CauseCode, CGI, Aricent Technologies, KPIT Technologies, Adobe Systems, Sokrati Technologies, Zen Technologies, IBS Software, MRoads, Mahindra Comviva, L&T Technology Services, NSE Infotech Services Ltd., NRI Fintech, Novartis Business Services, Zycus, IBM, Standard Chartered (Scope International), ZS Associates, MyPerfectice, HP R&D, Think & Learn, etc.

‘Day One’ campus recruitment drive this season generated about 800 jobs offers from three companies: Accenture, Wipro and Infosys. Accenture was the top recruiter with 575 job offers. This is an excellent 'Day One' and ‘Day zero’ conversions taking into account the current job market scenario, according to the corporate experts. The highest CTC of Rs 39 lakh was offered by Adobe Systems. The average CTC so far has been Rs 5.25 lakh.
