‘Jab We Separated’ mesmerises audiences

The leading theatre production company Felicity Theatre will stage the extraordin­ary entertaine­r, ‘Jab we Separated’, written and directed by film, television and theatre stalwart, Rakesh Bedi. With a power packed star cast that includes the highly acclaimed film and television actress Shweta Tiwari, renowned theatre personalit­y Rahul Bhuchar and the multi-faceted actor Rakesh Bedi himself. The play depicts the mindset of modernday couples whose lives are woven in the fragile thread of mistrust. It’s a reflection of a contempora­ry society that when confronted with infidelity or regular nagging, today’s young couples resort to the only shortcut available, divorce. Aniket Vishwasrao, Priyadarsh­an Jadhav, Bhagyashri Mote, Priya Gamre, Meera Joshi attended the trailer launch of their Marathi film ‘Majhya Baikocha Priyakar’ held recently in Mumbai. Pradeep Sharma of Baba Motion Pictures, Deepak Ruia and Rajendra Goenka of Rajkal Movies and Dhaval Jayantilal Gada and Aksshay Jayantilal Gada of Pen India had organised the launch. Everyone loved the songs especially the song ‘Tu Hath Nako Lau’ sung by Swati Sharma and Nakash Aziz, music by Raju Sardar. Also present at the launch was Aniket Vishwasrao, Bharat Ganeshpure, Swati, Suresh Pillai, Rahul Sharma, Sonalika Prasad, Swati Sharma, music director Vivek Kar and choreograp­her Sanjeev. The film releases on November 23 and is presented and distribute­d by Pen India.
