As per the policy of BMC, any building which are more than 30 years old, structural audit, architectural and civil repair works have to be undertaken. M/s. Shashank Mehendale Consultants Pvt Ltd had conducted the structural audit of the Sion hospital building and submitted the report stating there is a need of the Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) repair, leakage in pipelines, flooring, water proofing, painting and other construction related works.
