Voluminous talks

The decision taken by the WB CM to bestow her police officers, who were with her during her sit-in demonstration recently, with state awards if they were stripped of their medals by the centre is really amazing! This is akin to the ruler of a fiefdom conferring medals on gallant soldiers who had taken part in a deadly battle against an enemy country! The action and words of the CM don't match that of a leader who is the front runner in the list of PM candidates of the Mahagathbandhan. It's surprising leaders like her who talk volumes about federalism going against federal ethics and faith. It is also pathetic to see high officers being used as mere pawns in the game of power politics.
