Beamed Ceiling

A blank canvas of a space will have certain different building elements, such as the beams and the height of the ceilings. While designing the interior of the house, one decides to either hide these elements or play with them. When any designer decides to play with the existing elements of the space by incorporating them into the design, it brings out enormous results.

Suspended Ceiling

These types of ceilings, also known as drop ceilings or false ceilings, are placed lower than conventional ceilings. These ceilings can be modular and can be removed and fixed easily without wasting much time or effort. These types of ceilings are mostly made in offices and are placed in grids on metal bars to make them convenient for use.

Wooden Ceiling

Using the wooden beams as the false ceilings can give the designs a traditional yet modern look. The wooden ceilings finds its purpose in false beams or by covering the ceiling totally with wood. Further, these can be polished or painted in any texture to give this type of ceiling the desired look.

Metallic Ceiling

Metal is a widely popular material type of ceiling. Using metal ceilings are very sustainable and last long. These types of ceilings decorate spaces like living rooms or dining areas where there are going to be more people in touch. Decorate the ceilings with the metal frame structure and combine them with the wooden ceiling.

Conventional Ceilings

The type of ceiling one uses while designing matters the most for the overall experience of the space. When one has a height varying from 8 feet to 12 feet in the space, one can use the conventional type of ceiling. In such a type of ceiling, one can attain the amount of simplicity one wants to adhere in the space, as this ceiling can act as a fifth wall in the dimension.

Open Ceiling

Today, restaurants and offices, one opts for an open type of ceiling. Being very cost-effective, this type of ceiling can also give a designer a lot of design opportunities. One can design an open ceiling with bold colour combinations that combine on the roof and several shapes that are suspended from the ceiling to create this openness in the type of ceiling.

Mirror Ceiling

There are a lot of experimental materials for making different types of ceilings. These materials used by the designers differ according to the function of the space as well as the other furniture. This type of ceiling is luxurious as it can be expensive and also labour-consuming, which demands more time and precision.

Arched Ceiling

When one wants the interior of the house to have a luxurious look, one chooses this type of ceiling. The arched ceiling can give one a lot of possibilities aesthetically in terms of colours, materials, textures, and heights. This type of ceiling is common in hallways. This type of ceiling is expensive in execution as well as time-consuming.
