Moriq Interiors headed by Riyaz and Simeen Quraishi, designed this awe-inspiring villa on an ocean facing plot in Bahrain. According to the client brief given, their top most priority was maximised sea views, extra kitchens (tepanyaki) and dining areas on the top most level with prominence given to entertain family and guests. Privacy was another essential criteria. The home is designed between two imposing boundary walls. The design team envisaged volumes of cubes placed randomly, which are intersected with cutouts, water bodies, courtyards and skylights. The home spreads across three floors and is equipped with the best facilities like Jacuzzi, plunge pool, lounge area with pantry and a lot more.
