While we adore their creations with amazement and awe, find out what goes on behind the scenes in the creative lives of these design visionaries Residing in Trento, which is a city in the North East of Italy, Monica’s job demands visiting and working with the suppliers and the companies. “I try to keep many appointments in a day which means leaving home early and reaching late at night,” smiles the designer who is a well known creator in contemporary design world. Her love towards designing makes her jump out of the bed at 6 in the morning so that she can start working alone in order to be more concentrated. After that, she organises a meeting with the team in order to discuss the plans for the day. Sharing her success secret, the designer states, “Observation, curiosity and synthesis are my driving forces. I love to watch the details that surround me, from the minute elements of nature like the wind and water’s impression on the land to the behaviour of varied people.”
