Imagine this, a weekend full of fun-filled and stress-free time with families and topping it all, you have a cosy weekend villa to boast about. You definitely deserve to be on cloud nine! One such pretty villa located in the district of Evora, Montemor-o-Novo, Portugal is a mesmerising beauty. Reflecting comfort, originality and authenticity, the interiors of this villa has a contemporary touch with several vintage pieces integrated naturally without any imposition. By suppressing several walls, the thorough and comprehensive intervention has changed the whole layout in both inside and the outside spaces. The house is developed on a single ground floor, and it is characterised by modern architecture and clean lines, featuring large spaces and light fixtures, facing the exterior through large glass floors and patios. The living room shares the same space with the dining area, while the kitchen merges with

the back of the room in a volume linked by a system of hidden panels. In the dining zone, the chairs stand out, and along with the table designed by Spacemakers Studio, finished with iron wood and golden structure lend life and character to the whole area. The pendant lamp coltrane, by Delight FULL with simple lines and finished in black and gold, emerges as an element that, besides being functional, is a minimalist decorative and sculptural object.

The game and cinema room opens to the living room with a markedly masculine character, where two pieces cry for attention, the Veuve Clicquot snooker table and the Duke suspension lamp, a dramatic lighting piece that gives a generous scale. In the master suite, white, beige and woody tones dominate the chromatic palette. In the reading corner stands out a neoclassical chest, which is a family piece that perfectly matches with the armchair and footrest designed by Charles Eames. The Sinatra floor lamp enhances the elegance and simplicity that was intended for this space.
