Are­cently launched sprawl­ing 8,000 sqft ex­pe­ri­ence cen­tre at Ben­galuru’s prom­i­nent Kens­ing­ton Road in Ul­soor is cre­at­ing a pos­i­tive buzz. Un­der the cre­ative ex­per­tise of ar­chi­tect Vikram Phadke, this cap­ti­vat­ing space is bring­ing sym­bolic sto­ry­telling to life.

The ec­static ar­chi­tect Vikram Phadke re­veals, “Keha Casa is an ex­pe­ri­ence cen­tre that cap­tures the true essence of lux­ury in the do­main of bath and sur­faces. Cov­er­ing the en­tire range, from clas­sic to con­tem­po­rary, the cu­ra­tion of th­ese spa­ces is ex­ceed­ingly re­fined.” Or­nate han­dles set in gold, lead the way to a world of glam­our and style. A mono­lithic glass stair­case de­signed

by Carlo San­tam­bro­gio, Mi­lan, in­vites in­trigue, and sets the tone of open­ness. Ap­pear­ing as though sus­pended, the stair­case ex­tends till the sec­ond floor, open­ing up the senses to higher di­men­sions. To add to the reverie, emo­tive lights by Da­vide Groppi are hung from dou­ble height mir­rored ceil­ing by SICIS, which nar­rate a story in a sim­plis­tic, mod­ern lan­guage. Keha Casa po­si­tions it­self as an idea bank for lux­ury, in­tro­duc­ing a new realm of de­sign pos­si­bil­i­ties, like never seen be­fore. Ev­ery creation re­sponds to the on­looker, and adapts to the space with­out in­ter­fer­ence, thus gen­er­at­ing a unique ex­pe­ri­ence that is per­sonal and en­gag­ing.
