YOU NEED:

400 gms onion

100 gms re­fined oil 400 gms curd

5 gms cin­na­mon

3 gms green car­damom 2 gm big car­damom 2 gms cloves

2 gms bay leaf

5 gms chilli pow­der 10 gms kand­hari masala 10 gms gin­ger 10 gms gar­lic Salt to taste 100 gms desi ghee 500 gms tomato puree 5 pcs mut­ton shanks

Heat Oil a pan and add whole spices and sliced onions. Cook it till golden brown.

Add gin­ger and gar­lic paste to it. Add tomato puree and red chilli pow­der and cook it ow flame un­til the oil sep­a­rates.

Add curd and salt to it and cook for an­other 10 min­utes.

Add lamb shanks and cover it with the lid, let it cook on low flame for 30 min­utes.

Lastly, add Kand­hari masala and top it with ghee. Serve it with tamiri roti or reg­u­lar chap­pati and steam rice.
