400 gms onion
100 gms refined oil 400 gms curd
5 gms cinnamon
3 gms green cardamom 2 gm big cardamom 2 gms cloves
2 gms bay leaf
5 gms chilli powder 10 gms kandhari masala 10 gms ginger 10 gms garlic Salt to taste 100 gms desi ghee 500 gms tomato puree 5 pcs mutton shanks

Heat Oil a pan and add whole spices and sliced onions. Cook it till golden brown.
Add ginger and garlic paste to it. Add tomato puree and red chilli powder and cook it ow flame until the oil separates.
Add curd and salt to it and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add lamb shanks and cover it with the lid, let it cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
Lastly, add Kandhari masala and top it with ghee. Serve it with tamiri roti or regular chappati and steam rice.
