EDITOR’S NOTE
When you start something new, do you get that daunting or overwhelming feeling? I have started experiencing it post the closing of each edition these last few months. I’m not exactly scared, thanks to my supportive colleagues, but there is this constant pressure to do better and better with each subsequent edition hitting the stands. Maybe this is because we relish the proximity and bond we share with our readers digitally (due to social media) on a daily basis, that their comments and appreciation make us desirous of living upto their loving expectations. And believe me, this was my dream once! It is such a wonderful gift to be able to create content that is a mix of stunning imagery, ideas and fabulous features with help from talented interior designers and architects. And what makes me even happier is that together we strive to help visualize the aspirations of homeowners everywhere. With these things in mind, we have planned our issue this month, wherein the adage, ‘Create a home you love’ captures it all. Therefore as you go through the issue, you’ll notice a careful selection of pages, filled with homes and ideas for home. From opulent interiors that find their inspiration in royal grandeur and design, to ten masteful architectural facades that truly make a visual impact, we have varied concepts for our readers. Furthermore, answering the environmental call, take a look at the six featured homes that have brought the outside in, integrating the refreshing beauty of nature into the design organically.
