Gold, cash worth Rs 8 crore looted in Nagpur

Nagpur: Gold and cash worth Rs 8 crore were looted from the Manappuram Gold Bank in Jaripatka localityofnagpurwednesday. According to reports, theheistwascarriedoutby five robbers armed with countrymade pistols. DCP Abhinash Kumar said, “CCTV footage shows five men carrying out the act, butwedonotknowifthere were more.” He added that there was 30 kg of gold in thebankandmostofitwas taken away. ENS
