BJP MLA ‘sought’ liquor from excise officials

Mumbai: An Excise Department official has accused a BJP MLA from Dahanu near here of demanding 100 liquor bottles for voters.

Excise Inspector Jaywant Patil, in a letter to the Excise Superintendent on November 29, alleged that the MLA Paskal Dhanare had also threatened the officials. The legislator denied the allegations. PTI
