Female foetus found in dustbin at Gurgaon condo

Gurgaon: A “three to fourmonth-old female foetus” was found in a dustbin inside an upscale gated condominium in Gurgaon’s Sector-41 Monday evening, police said on Tuesday.

Police said the foetus was found on the 18th floor of Tower A-2 in World Spa condominium by a member of the housekeeping staff. He informed one of the guards on duty who, in turn, alerted police. Sudhir Kumar, SHO of the Sector 40 police station, said a case has been registered under Section 318 (concealment of birth by secret disposal of dead body) of the IPC.
