Cong demands apology from Jaitley

New Delhi: The Congress Monday demanded an apology from Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley for his comments on the Ramjas incident, which he had made during a speech at London School of Economics and Political Science. Jaitley had said an “alliance of subversion” was the reason behind violence on campus. “The finance minister should apologise for the language he used against Indian academia, that too while on foreign soil,”congressspokesman Manish Tewari said.
