Former RSS ideologue K. Govindacharya is having quite a chuckle over his remarks recently. He has been telling the media that both Vasundhara Raje and Sushma Swaraj should have quit over the allegations levelled during the Lalit Modi exposés. So much so when a journalist called asking to meet him, he quipped that he was on his way to Vasundhara. When asked if he was calling on the Rajashtan Chief Minister, he gave a hearty chuckle and pointed out, “I meant Vasundhara colony and not Raje (Vasundhara is a colony in Delhi).” Pointed out a colleague of the former pracharak, “He is clearly enjoying himself. He tells us this is why he took a sabbatical from RSS. Unlike Advani, who can only speak half truths, Govindji is free to say whatever is on his mind.” Oh dear.
