LOS ANGELES: Some screen shots of alleged chats between Amber Heard and a man called Stephen Deuters, purported to be Johnny Depp’s assistant, have recently surfaced. The messages show that this case of domestic violence between Heard and Depp was the saturation point, and that there were many such incidents leading up to it. “I don’t know how to be around him after what he did to me yesterday. I don’t know if I can stay with him,” reads a message reply from Amber to Stephen after he apologised to her on behalf of Depp. Stephen’s message reads, “think he’s just texted you. He’s incredibly apologetic and knows that he has done wrong. He wants to get better now. He’s been very explicit about that this morning. Feel like we’re at a critical juncture.” Other messages obtained by ET through their sources, show Heard’s text reading, “He’s done this many times before. Tokyo, the island, London (remember that?!), and I always stay. Always believe he’s going to get better...And then every 3 or so month [sic], I’m in the exact same position.” In another incident Heard’s lawyers filed a defamation lawsuit against comedian Doug Stanhope on Friday after he wrote an article accusing her of blackmailing and manipulating her estranged husband Johnny Depp. The lawsuit demands a jury trial and says that Heard would donate all proceeds to a battered women’s shelter in Arizona. The complaint is in response to a 29 May guest column by Stanhope published on TheWrap.com, “Johnny Depp Is Being Blackmailed by Amber Heard – Here’s How I Know.”
