LUCKNOW: Senior IPS officer Sulkhan Singh, a1980batch officer, took charge as the 66th Director General of Police of Uttar Pradesh on Saturday. Soon after taking charge, Singh, who replaced Javeed Ahmad, warned criminals to mend their ways.
