In simple language

- Brijesh Gupta Via Web

Sir, With reference to M.D. Nalapat’s Modi Model should replace Chidambaram constructs (18 June), I would like to emphasise that one of the important changes required is rewriting laws in simple, unambiguous and easy-to-understand-by- everybody language. Currently, the language used is of the colonial period, which supports the legal fraternity and not the common person. Even well educated persons need to read a few times a rule/law made by the lawmakers. It does not support the common person.
