A taste of China with lavish surroundings

Ni Hao [that literally translates to “you good” in English] is nestled in Radisson hotel in Sector-55.
Speaking about the décor to begin with, the pink themed interiors with dim lightings will please you instantly. Ni Hao has done quite well when it comes to its décor. The elegant interiors with serene music teleports you to some place away from the world.
Premium Asian food menu is another plus point of the restaurant. Looking forward to an evening full of tummy-pleasing dishes, we started our evening with watermelon mocktail, which was moderately tangy with a delightful taste. It was a good start to our evening. The place primarily caters to nonvegetarians; still you can get your hands on a good array of vegetarian dishes. The first thing on our table was melted cheese with vegetable spring roll served with sweet chilly dip. From the non-veg section, we were recommended to have Thai stuffed chicken wings which proved to be droolworthy. After having the appetizers, we were sure that the place is right to boast about its Chinese and Thai food. The variety of soups is huge there with some good options like Tom Kha, also called as Thai coconut soup, spicy oriental greens with Silken Tofu; sweet corn, hot and sour among others. All these soups were available in non-veg and vegetarian categories.
Moving on to the main course, we ordered vegetable Thai red curry with jasmine rice. The aroma of the curry and rice was tempting and lived up to our expectations. The menu also offers a huge variety of dimsums. You have not had Chinese if you skip dimsums. These dimsums included pork and walnut dumpling, chicken siu mai, napa cabbage with walnut dumpling, vegetable and trio pepper dumpling and the list goes on and on. Talking about cocktails, they offer a good array of alcoholic drinks, starting from a variety of white, red wine to huge lineup of drinks like Mango Paech Belini, Nihao classic made from scotch, orange and mango juice.
The last on our table was the highly recommended, fried ice cream, which was our dessert of the evening. The interesting name itself can make you curious and the mouth-watering look was a treat to eyes. The ice cream was good in taste as well and left us to scoop for more.
The place has a reasonable price list, considering the quality and quantity of the food. Everything from food, ambience, hospitality and music make this place a must try among the expansive Chinese restaurant folio in Noida. — Priya Singh
