Breathe Right – Our Wo/Men In Uniform talks about the most profound and assured ways to tackle the challengin­g situations on physical, mental and biological aspects while s h o w i n g a pathway t o live a focused, result-driven and dedicated life. The book also explains t he s ci ence o n how t o keep the body unaffected in extreme weather conditions just with breathing exercises, something t hat holds exceptiona­l importance in the life in uniform.

Director General, Border Security Force, K.K. Sharma was the guest of honour at the launch event. He unveiled the book and congratula­ted the author, Prem Peyara, for coming up with his new book. He further said, “I have been doing yoga and pranayama [ breathing exercises] for decades, which has nurtured my mind and body. I am glad that Mr. Prem Peyara has written this book summarisin­g his life experience­s of Breathe Right and meditation which he shared with our soldiers a few times. He has conducted workshops in 4- degrees to 10- degree temperatur­es, 9,000ft above the sea l evel to help enhance soldiers› and officers› ground life to face the challenges. His valuable sessions have shown remarkable results in their lives. I wish him all the best in his journey for mankind.”

The lawyer turned author, Peyara, has devised various breathing techniques which can be implemente­d to balance psychologi­cal and physical state of being.
