Q. What inspired you to start International Skin and Anti aging Centre (ISAAC)?

A. ISAAC was conceptualised in 2011. I was initially working withvariousprivateaestheticclinics, whichmademerealise thegapbetweentheneedsoftheclientandtheservicesthat were being offered. Having a background of MBA, I always had the knack to identify the loop holes and gaps in the professional front. My medicine degree further helped me plug in the gaps.

Q. What skincare regime one should follow for this winter?

A. Winters can be drying and harsh for skin. Gentle moisturising creamy cleansers should replace the foamy cleansers. Use facial oils rich in moisturising properties. Night creams can be more rich and hydrating to replenish the skin. Pat dry the body and try to leave the body slightly moist while applying moisturiser or body oil. Take warm showers instead of hot, as they strip the natural body oils.

Q. How do you like to spend your leisure time? A. Apart from my work, I love spending time with my children and family. Winters being an amazing weather to step out and enjoy the sun, I often take my children to my farm and enjoy outdoor play with them. It gives me a beautiful feeling and makes me more connected to my family. Besides this, I love working out and fitness is what I truly believe as one’s way of keeping healthy inside out.

Q. What is your motto in life?

A. My motto has always been to try and create a holistic approach to one’s being when it comes to beauty and wellness.
