Rahul Khan­del­wal, Di­rec­tor of Voy­age Hos­pi­tal­ity, be­lieves that the blood­line of the in­dus­try is cus­tomer and Voy­age Hos­pi­tal­ity al­ways aims at ex­celling in cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion. He com­ments, “We are de­lighted to re­ceive ap­pre­ci­a­tion for the ef­forts taken on our first pri­or­ity, i.e., cus­tomer ser­vice, on such a pres­ti­gious plat­form of East In­dia Travel Award. Ad­di­tion­ally, we are com­ing up with an­other project Den­zong Shangrila (a 4-star deluxe ho­tel) and aim at win­ning the award next year for both the prop­er­ties.” The award was given to New Orchid Ho­tel, Sikkim and re­ceived by Rahul Khan­del­wal, Di­rec­tor, Voy­age Hos­pi­tal­ity and Tsh­er­ing Wangchuk Zangpo, Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor
