Money has never been a motivator for Tejbir Singh Anand, Vice President, ATOAI, who claims that he has never had a static motto. “At one time, it was adventure travel and then responsibl­e tourism. Later, I also added the environmen­t conservati­on angle to it. Currently, my goal is to travel the world, connect with different communitie­s, and indulge in as many activities as possible,” he says. Anand adds that since he is partial to the mountains, his favourite destinatio­n in India being Spiti. Debasish Muduli, General Manager, The Fern Sattva Hotel & Resort, Dwarka, says that it was his job at Sasan Gir that exposed him to wildlife and he has been a wildlife enthusiast ever since. “To de-stress, I make a quick escape to any wildlife location I can. I also love the beach and enjoy the calm it provides,” he adds. When not at work, Muduli loves spending time with his family and cooking for them. He also loves to explore different cultures. To de-stress, Vishal Khosla, General Manager, Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort, logs out of emails and turns his phone off. “I am also passionate about cooking; there’s something so relaxing about it. It allows m me to explore my creativity. Som Some of my best solutions to prob problems have come to me while I’m cooking,” he shares. Holi Holidays don’t come easy with a pa packed work schedule but when they do, Khosla says that he likes to ho holiday in Goa or Glasg Glasgow.
