Marriott Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartments Downtown Abu Dhabi

David Lance has been appointed as the General Manager of the Marriott Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartments Downtown Abu Dhabi.habi. Lance has over two decades of internationaltional experience. Prior to this role, Lance was General Manager of Marriott Executivecutive Apartments, Sukhumvit Park in Bangkok, Thailand. In his new role, Lancence will be focused on pulling together a highly skilled and experienced managementement team to launch and eventually operateperate these new properties. Andrew Dickson has taken over as Director of Operations at Marriott Abu Dhabi. He has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and joined Marriott in 2008, where he was appointed Director of Operationsations at Wailea Beach Resort & Spa in Maui,, Hawaii. His previous appointments include JW Marriott Phuket, London Marriott Grosvenorvenor Square and Sprowston Manor Marriottott Hotel & Country Club UK. In his new roleole as Director of Operations, Dickson will be overseeing the entire operational team to ensureure a successful opening of the first Marriott Hotell in the capital.

Nicholas A. Rana is the new Director of Sales and Marketing at Marriott Abu Dhabi. Rana started his career in the sales disciplinep at the Copenhagen Marriottott Hotel in 2003. Marriott Hotel Downtownn Abu Dhabi will be his fifth hotel openingpening with Marriott across five differentnt countries and three distinct Marriottott brands. Nicholas will be responsibleble for Sales & Marketing for both propertiesperties and in seeing through the launchh of the first Marriott Hotel in the capital.l.
