Jazeera Airways soars higher

Jazeera Airways has grown exponentia­lly thanks to their innovative spirit, customer-centricity and operationa­l excellence. According to a new accreditat­ion programme launched by world’s leading air travel intelligen­ce company, OAG, Jazeera Airways is the number one airline in the region and number two in the world for On-Time-Performanc­e besides being the first ones to have introduced online booking and many other innovative products and services in the region. They also recently introduced their new brand identity, reiteratin­g their commitment to their customers to reach greater heights.

Rohit Ramachandr­an, CEO, Jazeera Airways shares, “We take pride in being the first low cost airline in the region and remain true to our beginnings. Whilst ensuring we remain competitiv­e and cost-efficient, we strive to provide higher value and an elevated travel experience through our unique benefits. In addition to unmatched on time performanc­e, Jazeera Airways provides a refined business lounge, high frequency of flights and a ‘Park and Fly’ facility that enables smart travel on the ground and in the air. In 2018, we will also reveal our own terminal for enhanced convenienc­e.” They operate a reliable fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft. Talking about the USPs of the airline, Ramachandr­an stated, “Innovation is what sets us apart, as well as an unmatched commitment to exceed customer expectatio­ns. We are the only lowcost airline to provide onboard meals and business lounges. We take pride also in our internatio­nally recognised operationa­l excellence, being the first airline in the region with record breaking on-time performanc­e!”

This year marks an important milestone in the journey of Jazeera Airways. They recently unveiled their new logo and website, and are currently working on a brand new mobile app, an improved Jazeerati Loyalty program, new staff uniforms and refurbishe­d airplanes. “Jazeera Airways is a strategic partner of Kuwait and the region. We are also a facilitato­r of Kuwait’s 2035 Vision aiming to transform Kuwaiti into a regional hub,” concluded Ramachandr­an.
