Russian Helicopters developing new service framework in India

Russian Helicopters (part of State Corporation Rostec) is working to improve its aftersales services and introduce a ‘ singlewindow’ system of cooperation with foreign clients. A pilot project is currently being implemented in India. This framework entails centralisation of all after sales-related processes and represents the first step in providing operators with an after sales services package and the transitioning of the organisation of after sales service under the life cycle contract. As a rotorcraft designer and manufacturer, “Russian Helicopters intends to utilise its existing co-operation with other Russian companies engaged in helicopter building to ensure operation of the machines throughout the full term of their life cycle”.
