Chennai-based Zebronics is planning to expand its retail network and also create demo stores to showcase its extensive range of mobile accessorie­s. The company has products like power banks, earphones, headphones, BT headsets, Portable speakers that are truly multi-functional. It has 31 offices and 128+ service centers across India and 50000+ of direct and indirect channel partners, resellers making sure than Zebronics products are available in every nook and corner of the country. The distributi­on and channel strategies of Zebronics are customized according to the region. B, C and D tier cities are the most important markets. The company is trying to increase its footprint even further in these cities by various marketing campaigns that are tailormade for different cities. In fact, the common thread that runs through the Zebronics portfolio is “value for money”. The brand tries to give the consumer best bang for the buck. The brand, Rajesh Doshi, Director, Zebronics India reveals, is known for their “designer” aspect - premium looks, very good quality, but at reasonable prices. Speaking of multi-functional products, informs Doshi, “We have launched a 6 in 1 power charger called Esteem, it is an all in one portable device which is a wireless speaker, an LED Torch, a Power Bank and also comes with cycle mount. It also has multifunct­ion 3-in-1 cables. We have recently launched a range of fabric finish portable speakers that come in vibrant colors that have multi-connectivi­ty options. Our latest ZEB-PG20000PD is a fast charge power bank that has a digital display and a capacity of 20000 mAh that can not only charge two devices at a time but charge them very quickly. We have an extensive range of charging cables too.” The need for new technology in power banks and multifunct­ional enabled accessorie­s is definitely what the consumer wants, feels Doshi. “We do a lot of marketing activities in ATL and BTL both formats. In ATL we have done advertisem­ents in media, including online space, TV, print, and radio and we have also done a lot of outdoor branding across cities. IN BTL, to capture the younger crowd we associate with schools, colleges for their cultural festivals on a pan India basis. Apart from that, we’re very active on social media with a strong following where we connect with our audience with engaging content. We also have activities like ZEB-Connect, where we go to corporate offices and give the employees look and feel of our products. “As a part of its celebratio­ns, with ther brand completing its 20th year in the market presence, Zebronics also signed Bollywood Superstar Hrithik Roshan as a brand ambassador.
