Bali's glitterati have been blessed with two premium events – the re-opening of the contemporary Italian jeweller's BVLGARI shop at BVLGARI Resort Bali and a privileged private preview of the Louis Vuitton Spring/summer 2017 collection at the gorgeous Alila Seminyak Penthouse. Meanwhile in Jakarta, art lovers gathered at Tugu Kunstkring Paleis Gallery for a World of Art event showcasing six artists in collaboration with Rolls-royce, who showed a stunning Rolls-royce Starlight Headliner at the event.
Magnificent contemporary Italian jeweller BVLGARI – known for its brilliant coloured gemstones – recently launched its renovated boutique at the brand’s exclusive resort in Bali.
On a beautiful afternoon on 17th February 2017, guests comprising the island's socialites and big names, including many hoteliers, arrived at BVLGARI Resort Bali in eager anticipation of witnessing the inauguration of the newly designed store. The who's who of Bali's luxury scene were dressed stunningly in white, a stark Pantone-esque contrast under the clear blue skies and the tropical turquoise of the nearby ocean. Enticing canapés, intoxicating Champagne and mesmerising tunes from Eva Scolaria's live music performance accompanied the eager guests as they waited for the ribbon to be cut and the store to be finally open. Oohs and aahs rippled through the crowd as they visited the revamped boutique that brings together two beautiful realms of BVLGARI'S Mediterranean origins and Italian touch and the tropical exoticism of the host island. Traditional Balinese charm combined with high Italian style has resulted in a sleek, sharp and sophisticated store.
