Asia Dreams - - WHAT'S HAPPENING -

The first of its kind in Bali, the newly opened Above Eleven offers unique Nikkei cuisine – a tasty fusion of Peruvian and Japanese food cultures originating from the Japanese migration to Peru in the early 1900s.

Helmed by Chef Renzo Vacchelli, who has bagged an abundance of experience from working in kitchens in Peru, Germany and England, Above Eleven offers cebiches – fresh raw seafood marinated in red chilli leche de tigre and tiraditos – Peruvian-style sashimi, among other dishes.

Other than the scrumptious dishes,

Above Eleven is designed with stunning interiors to create a unique park-in-thesky concept and a refreshing urban vibe for diners in Bali. The opening of Above Eleven in Bali follows the success of its flagship rooftop restaurant and bar in Bangkok, Thailand. Located on the rooftop of Samasta Lifestyle Village in Jimbaran, the restaurant and bar boasts magnificent views of the ocean and the neighbourhood, making it a cool new destination to try.
