The edge culinary team, in line with the mission of The edge villas, aims to offer all their guests a “sublime taste of life on the edge”. The executive chef and team will meet and greet you at your convenience and will offer you a personalised, tailor-made gourmet selection, whether a private seafood barbecue, delectable sunset afternoon tea, or one of their show-stopping set menu dinners. For villa guests, breakfast is not only included, but is personally prepared by a dedicated butler and served at the location of the guests’ choice. In addition to a wide selection of á la carte dishes, from local specialties with a twist and Pan-Asian favourites, you’ll find an irresistible offering of homemade desserts to end the evening on a sweet note. Boasting an extensive wine cellar with over 200 vintage selections, food and wine pairing is masterfully orchestrated.
