JU-MA-NA RESTAURANT & BAR

-

Dine with amazing views at Ju-Ma-Na, Banyan Tree Ungasan’s signature restaurant perched on the majestic cliffs above Ungasan. The ocean provides a central theme at Ju-Ma-Na; stunning views aside there is an abundance of fresh seafood, gleaming lanterns adorned in mother of pearl, and glass shell-shaped plates in powder blue. The gleaming white color scheme creates a sense of freshness and a certain Arabic charm, enhanced by a Moroccan-inspired hand washing ritual that precedes each meal, with hands immersed in a golden bowl filled with fragrant rosewater, fresh orange, frangipani and rose petals. The adjacent JuMa-Na Bar offers refreshing signature cocktails at sunset, inspired by indigenous Arabic recipes, as well as sumptuous finger foods and Moroccan shishas (water pipes). With exquisite dishes artfully prepared from the freshest local ingredients, our talented chefs will take your taste buds on a culinary journey. Ju-Ma-Na restaurant is open for lunch from 12.00 to 3.30Pm, and open for dinner from 6.30Pm to 11.00Pm. A mustdo while in Bali, our Afternoon Tea is available from 4Pm – 6Pm.
