Sukun Restaurant is Alaya Resort Kuta’s signature eatery. It is a place to kick back and de-stress amidst décor that people stop and marvel at such as the poolside wall relief design by praised garden artist extraordinaire, Made Wijaya. Sukun Restaurant offers a casual dining venue with a tropically inspired look. Take Sukun’s signature breakfast, smoked salmon eggs benedict, chicken and wild mushroom puff pastry or rustic pancakes and a choice of traditional fried rice or fried noodles. All to enjoy. Sukun Restaurant features lunch and dinner menus, an all day tapas menu and look for the chef’s own version of Nasi Raja, a time-honored rice dish designed for royalty and esteemed visitors from generations past. Sukun restaurant features a menu comprised of only the freshest ingredients from Bali’s bucolic land and fertile sea. It opens daily from 7Am to 11Pm.
