As the central restaurant of The Hermitage, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Jakarta, L’avenue Restaurant has long been celebrated for its high quality food and stellar service. With the appointment last year of acclaimed Culinary Director Francesco Greco, a new era was born along with a new bistro-style menu. The lunch and dinner menus feature Chef Francesco’s signature dishes, such as Hermitage’s applewood-smoked salmon carpaccio, beef short ribs and foie gras feuillete lasagna and slow-roasted Balinese crispy pork belly with Calvados wine. Also special family-style sharing options have been added featuring mouthwatering dishes such as sumptuous pasta served with live rock lobster. Showcasing contemporary décor that oozes sophistication and elegance with five-star service, L’avenue features three separate dining areas that can accommodate up to 80 diners. Mercury glass on the private dining room offers an intimate setting that can cater for up to 12.
