The word senshu means thousand years, and is also the name of a well-known park in Japan built on the grounds of an ancient castle dating from the 1600s that is famous for showcasing the beauty of all four seasons. This charm is expressed at Senshu through all private room dining spaces. Senshu is truly the perfect venue to enjoy top-quality ingredients and the classic Japanese dishes masterminded by Executive Chef Matsuo Yohiaki.

Located on Fairmont Hotel's second floor, Senshu specialises in Japanese home-cooked style set meals called teishoku (a meal that includes rice, miso soup, a main dish of meat or fish and a side dish of vegetables or Japanese pickles), omakase kaiseki, sushi and teppanyaki true to Japanese culinary traditions. Senshu has four private teppanyaki rooms, four regular private rooms, a sushi counter and a kappo counter.
