Peter Chelsom Following his performance in Tim Burton’s “Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children,” Asa Butterfield (cover star of our previous edition) is back on the silver screen with “The Space Between Us” where he plays as Gardner Elliot, a teenage boy born and raised on Mars. While searching for information about his biological father and Earth, he befriends, and later falls in love with, a girl named Tulsa (Britt Robertson). When Elliot finally gets a chance to visit Earth, he is more than eager to experience life as a normal human. But eventually, he comes face to face with the heartbreaking fact that his body can’t handle conditions on Earth.
