What will people do when they are blinded by fear? That is the question “The Mist” is trying to answer in its newest adaptation. Based on the book by horrormaster Stephen King, “The Mist” centers on a small town that is suddenly engulfed by a mysterious fog. While you might remember the 2007 movie with giant spiders, the new “The Mist” focuses more about the decisions and actions we take when we are faced with the direst circumstances; the things we are capable of doing when rules and society breakdown. In fact, “The Mist” is much more about humanity than about monsters.
