After receiving “The Best Guest Experience in Food” award for the Premium category from Traveloka last April, Dapour Restaurant ( Jl. PintuSatuS­enayan,CenturyPar­kHotel;+6221571204­1;atletcentu­ry. com) decided to launch the new à la carte menu a bit early, ahead of the establishm­ent’s fifth year. Featuring a wide range of dishes from Western and Asian cuisines, the new menu includes, among others, Tagliatell­e with Fresh Meat Sauce sprinkled with Indonesian spices and a slightly sweetened garlic bread with the Carbonara-like cheese fondue. Close that with, say, the Century Black Forest or Red Velvet for dessert, and you will see why Dapour won the award. As a side note, the restaurant has also launched its seasonal Ramadhan buffet menu, which features dishes from all around Indonesia.
