Tudor has appointed David Beckham as its newest brand ambassador. Besides living up to the brand’s signature motto of “Born to Dare,” Beckham was also chosen in light of his success in football and philanthropy, making him a global style icon. Beckham too feels the same way. “I was attracted to Tudor by the attention to detail I could see in their watches,” the soccer legend explained. “I then learned about the history of the brand. One of adventure, pioneer diving and daring expeditions. I was instantly hooked.” In a series of campaign pictures, David Beckham can be seen sporting a formal suit or the more casual denim shirt—both looking very sharp and sleek. But the most important details sits on his wrist: The vintage-inspired steel and gold Black Bay S&G diver’s watch.
