A lot of us might remember a 1990 movie also called “Flatliners” starring Kiefer Sutherland, Julia Roberts and Kevin Bacon. The flick told the story of five medical students attempting to explore what lies beyond death by conducting experiments involving near-death experiences— until the consequences start catching up to them. This new movie will be a sequel to the 1990 flick and is also titled “Flatliners,” because why not. Kiefer Sutherland is set to reprise his role as Nelson Wright, and he will be joined by a list of impressive young actors and actresses including Ellen Page, Diego Luna, Nina Dobrev and James Norton.
