Not only does this restaurant/bar serve great Nikkei (Japanese-Peruvian) cuisine, it boasts an immaculate view of Jakarta as it’s situated on the 67th through 69th floor of The Westin Jakarta, making it the highest restaurant in Indonesia. But, of course there’s a lot more to brag about this restaurant than the view. The restaurant itself was designed with an open kitchen concept that allows the chef to connect with diners. Serving intricate dishes like the classic Henshin Roll, Ceviche Clasico (a marinated fish in lemon and Peruvian chili) or Tiradito Nikkei (salmon, leche de tigre, chili panca sauce and wasabi cream), Henshin also features an alfredo bar where you can sip cocktails like Callao 1899 or Sakura Maru while dancing the night away to the tune of the house DJ.
