Conceptualized as a “different take of modern Izakaya”—think informal Japanese Gastropub—the design of the place is minimalist with heavy grey accents. This design, in turn, was juxtaposed with their flavorful food, such as its assorted skewers grilled over Japanese Binchōtan charcoal, which undoubtedly is the highlight of the house. Other prominent dishes include the Birdman Tebagyo and Unagi Rice Pot Takikomi, which tastes splendidly rich and profound. It goes without saying that Birdman is a perfect representation of what casual dining should be like.
