The Wild Side Diesel

This spring and summer, presents a collection based on clashes. Titled “Wild Heat,” every piece from this collection is a bold statement. “I wanted to mix everything up,” explains artistic director Nicola Formichetti. “The rock and the sport, the classic and the formal, taking the Diesel DNA and making something cool and carefree.” This is translated into a variety of strong prints that came from a collaboration with Scottish artist Portis Wasp. Signature items like the souvenir jacket, parka, bomber and studded motorcycle jacket were all embellished with graphic prints and tie-dye camouflage. Same goes for the statement headwear included in the collection, like the bandanas and caps with plastic peaks.
