The fancier of the two restaurants at the Sadara Boutique Beach Resort Bali, Rasala Bistro is truly a fine-dining experience. The restaurant provides an intimate setting with seating for only twenty guests. Classic Indonesian delicacies are offered in a beautifully constructed display.

Balinese Haute Cuisine is served in the chef's daily five-course degustation menu. This sampling menu is comprised of only the islands freshest ingredients from the daily market. Suckling Pig, Languan Satay, Jukut Urab are a few of the must-try local dishes. Rasala Bistro is an indulgence for all epicureans in search of authentic regional dishes.
