Rosé

This 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay, 14% Meunier rose Champagne contains only 5 to 6% red wine due to its power and is cellar-aged for more than twice the time required by the appellation. Upon inspection, it has a full bronze tone combined with the intense depth of a great red wine.

Aromas are dominated by the nobility of the red berries: hints of red currant, cherry and wild strawberry, with an added spicy touch. To the palate, the Bollinger Rosé is a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, with a tannic finish due to the adjunction of red wine bubbles as fine as velvet flavours of wild berries.

With its intimate and unusual flavours, Bollinger Rosé is perfect for a picnic on a summer afternoon, as a pre-dinner drink or served with a fruity and tart dessert.
