BROCKMANS’ G&T WEEK AT OLIVIER

From 20th to 26th February, Olivier restaurant had the pleasure of hosting Brockmans gin and creating some exclusive gin and tonic cocktails made with Brockmans delightfully botanical blend of gin.

Crafted by master distillers driven by a passion for the fascinating spirit, Brockmans is a gin like no other; so silky and sensuous that it’s a delight taken neat or on the rocks. Boasting a unique blend of exquisite botanicals and a slow distillation process, no effort is spared in the creation of this premium gin.

Olivier’s impeccable mixologists used this premium spirit to concoct some surprising G&Ts for their discerning customers. The Fruity Gin & Tonic was packed full of berries for a sweet and delectable treat. Another interesting version saw heady oriental spices and botanicals combine for a G&T that was a refreshing ambrosial panacea. A more simple twist on the classic G&T added a zesty flourish with fresh orange, lime and lemon.
