BROCKMANS’ G&T WEEK AT OLIVIER

From 20th to 26th Fe­bru­ary, Olivier restau­rant had the plea­sure of host­ing Brockmans gin and cre­at­ing some ex­clu­sive gin and tonic cock­tails made with Brockmans de­light­fully botan­i­cal blend of gin.

Crafted by mas­ter dis­tillers driven by a pas­sion for the fas­ci­nat­ing spirit, Brockmans is a gin like no other; so silky and sen­su­ous that it’s a de­light taken neat or on the rocks. Boast­ing a unique blend of ex­quis­ite botan­i­cals and a slow dis­til­la­tion process, no ef­fort is spared in the cre­ation of this pre­mium gin.

Olivier’s im­pec­ca­ble mixol­o­gists used this pre­mium spirit to con­coct some sur­pris­ing G&Ts for their dis­cern­ing cus­tomers. The Fruity Gin & Tonic was packed full of berries for a sweet and de­lec­ta­ble treat. An­other in­ter­est­ing ver­sion saw heady ori­en­tal spices and botan­i­cals com­bine for a G&T that was a re­fresh­ing am­brosial panacea. A more sim­ple twist on the clas­sic G&T added a zesty flour­ish with fresh or­ange, lime and lemon.
